Role Overview

The Sales Outreach Specialist picks up the researched, scored leads and runs personalised outreach across your connected channels. It writes messages tailored to each prospect, sends them, handles the first replies, and keeps the conversation going until the prospect is ready to move forward — turning cold research data into live, warm conversations.

Responsibilities

• Takes prioritised leads and prospect data handed over from research, and builds a personalised outreach approach for each
• Crafts outreach messages tailored to the individual prospect — their business, their needs, their context — never generic mass copy
• Sends outreach across the connected channels appropriate to each prospect
• Handles first responses and objections, answering questions and keeping the conversation moving
• Follows up persistently but appropriately with prospects who haven't replied
• Identifies when a prospect is warm and ready, then hands them to the Leads Manager or your sales team to progress
• Maintains your brand voice and tone across every message
• Logs every outreach, reply, and outcome into your CRM automatically
• Escalates only the genuine edge cases it should never decide alone — with full context attached
