Role Overview

The Collab Coordinator handles incoming collaboration and sponsorship enquiries so none slip through an overflowing inbox. It reads each enquiry, qualifies whether it's worth pursuing, gathers the key details, schedules calls, and keeps every opportunity followed up — so real deals don't get buried under noise.

Responsibilities

• Monitors connected channels for incoming collaboration and sponsorship enquiries
• Reads and understands each enquiry to gauge what's being offered and whether it fits
• Qualifies opportunities against the criteria you define — relevance, fit, and value
• Gathers the essential details from the enquiring party (scope, timeline, terms)
• Filters out spam, low-value, or irrelevant approaches automatically
• Schedules calls or next steps for the opportunities worth pursuing
• Follows up on promising enquiries that go quiet so nothing is dropped
• Keeps an organised record of every enquiry and its status
• Escalates only the genuine edge cases it should never decide alone — with full context attached
